Reports To
Director of Facilities and Technology

Job Summary
Basic computer and network support of all company devices
Troubleshooting includes but not limited to printers, laptops, POS systems, phones, ipads and tablets, etc.
Contacting and working with technical support for issues that require third party assistance
Receive deliveries, verifying against purchase order and ensure product quality.
Complete purchase orders through the inventory system and process invoices.
Daily & Weekly inventories of all products
Supply properties with products from warehouse / storage areas
Able to lift +50lbs.
Reliability

Education/Experience
Hospitality Background preferred
Basic knowledge of computer networks
Computer software knowledge including but not limited to Microsoft OS, MS Office
Basic understanding of tablets, apple and android based
Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheets
SERV safe/Alcohol Compliance
Verbal, Written Communication and mathematical skills
Valid Driver’s License

Achieving and Maintaining Goals
Safety standards
Complete timely preventative maintenance on all equipment
Cleanliness and organization of receiving areas.
Problem solving skills when issues present themselves.
Communication with vendors and Managers.

Additional Knowledge
Looking for innovative ways to improve processes that help support the overall objectives of the company.
Able to attend weekly meetings to share and improve quality/processes.
